Where: Greenwood Township Hall, 9025 Yale Road

Members present: Supervisor Eric Krikorian, Clerk Sonya O’Brien, Treasurer Becky Ramsey and Trustees Doug Nowicki and Marvin Roberts.

Consent resolutions:

• The agenda, minutes for the regular meeting on July 14, and the Special Meeting of the Election Commission on July 20, treasurer’s report, fire department report, and the outstanding bills were approved as presented.

New business:

• Nowicki made a motion to upgrade BS & A from .net to Cloud as required. O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 5-0. 
• Nowicki made a motion to have the lighting around the Township upgraded. O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 5-0.
• Nowicki made a motion to approve the Draft Master Plan. Roberts seconded. Motion carried 5-0. 
• Treasurer Ramsey discussed being contacted by Spring Hill Cemetery about having millings brought into the cemetery. The board will contact the St. Clair County Road Commission.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:46 p.m.
