Village of Capac claims victory in Chili Cook-Off

It was a beautiful day for the fourth annual Capac Fall Festival and among the many highlights was the highly competitive Chili Cookoff. First place was the Village of Capac, represented by Debbie Hlubic; second place was the Mussey Township Fire Department; and third was Allenton Collision.
